The chalet Mountain Star is located in the resort of Les Masses, 4 km from the shops. It has two balconies and a paved terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and sun awning. There is an open pasture to the south west and a running brook alongside the chalet.
Summer guests in Les Masses can expect a wide range of activities. It is part of a vast hiking area, there are several mountain bikes routes. You can also walk with no great differences in altitude along the "Suonen" (historic irrigation channels). You can also go horse riding, climbing, paragliding or bowling. In the Valais’ capital Sion, it is worth to go shopping or to spend an evening eating a gourmet meal. More sights in the proximity: underground lake St-Léonard, the Grande Dixence dam and lake – at 285 m the highest dam in the world.

This wonderful chalet has a light-flooded spacious open-plan living/dining area and a fully equipped quality kitchen. The window front of the living area offers a breathtaking view over the Alps. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony and terrace are both west/south facing so there is a lot of light and panoramic views. The chalet is situated in a sunny position in Les Masses, approx. 500 m away are a small super market and a restaurant. Distance to the larger village Les Collons ~3 km with shops, restaurants, pubs, bank, post office. Indoor swimming pool at Thyon 2000, ~7,5 km. The beautiful regional capital Sion (oldest town in Switzerland) is 18km away at the bottom of the mountain. The village of Hérémence is ~5 minutes away by car, which also has restaurants and bars, bank, supermarket and post office.

The chalet Dixence is located in the resort of Les Masses. The mountain chalet is furnished with great attention to detail and offers excellent comfort. The balconies as well as the spacious terrace offer spectacular views over the Val d'Herens and over the Valais 4000m-peaks such as Dent Blanche. Private parking is available close by. The restaurant called Le Bois Sauvage and a small supermarket are located in the centre of Les Masses. Distance to the larger Les Collons ~2 km with shops, restaurants, pubs, bank, post office. There are charming hiking trails. The traditional village of Héremence is about 2.5 km away. There you can walk through picturesque narrow streets with historic wooden houses - a mountain village like in a picture book.

You will take advantage of 5 huge rooms, all with their own bathroom. You will have a wonderful view over the surrounding mountains of Swiss Alps. It's very spacious, spreading the charm of a stylish, modern mountain chalet with Scandinavian furniture. You will be in a large living and dining room, with direct view to Matterhorn and Dent Blanche, cosy open fire log and access to the huge panoramic balcony. By car, the distance to Les Collons Centre is about 1,5 km. There you find a small supermarket, shops, restaurants, bank, post office.
