Chalet "L'Epachat". Outside the resort, 12 km from the centre of St Gervais, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: property 1'800 m2, swimming pool heated (8 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, 18.06.-03.09.). In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Please note: the restaurants and shops are only open in High Season. At other times of the year, they are situated in St Gervais 11 km.
